Amy Triplet, RN, MNSc
Director, Designee Services
Amy Triplet‘s nursing career exceeds 25 years. Her vast experience includes working in post-anesthesia care units, cardiovascular intensive care units (CVICU), medical/surgical and outpatient surgery. With leadership roles as the Director of Education, CVICU and Outpatient Surgery, along with Chief of Nursing Officer, Ms. Triplet has extensive knowledge in regulatory compliance, quality initiatives and staff education. Ms. Triplet has also assisted with the planning and implementation of an open-heart surgery program and implemented a telemedicine program.
Ms. Triplet understands the importance of achieving excellence in perioperative care, because it has such a positive impact on patient outcomes and the growth of surgery programs. This awareness is not only a strength in her role as Director of Designee Services, but coupled with her leadership experience, she is a valuable resource to all SRC designees. Ms. Triplet tracks and analyzes data from SRC’s patient outcomes databases to support accreditation program development, establish best practices and provide performance feedback to all SRC participants.
Ms. Triplet obtained her Bachelor of Science in biology from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Arkansas. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Frances Myers
Account Manager, Designee Services
Frances Myers has more than 10 years of customer service and startup management experience. Since 2018, she has held various positions at SRC. In her current role as a Designee Services Account Manager, she is the primary contact for SRC program participants and supports them during the inspection process and after accreditation is attained. Ms. Myers helps SRC designees maximize their benefits from accreditation, grow their culture of excellence and achieve accreditation goals.
Tyler Tankard
Account Manager, Designee Services
Dedicated SRC Account Manager, Tyler Tankard leverages his extensive background in customer service and sales to assist designees in achieving their accreditation goals. Serving as the main point of contact for SRC program participants, Mr. Tankard builds strong relationships and ensures that each designee feels appreciated and supported throughout their SRC accreditation journey. He is passionate about empowering designees through knowledge, recognition, and quality enhancement, and is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that foster client success.
Ashley Dawson
Account Manager, Designee Services
With over a decade of account management experience, Ashley Dawson is dedicated to ensuring designee success. Her expertise lies in cultivating strong, lasting relationships and helping designees achieve their objectives by fully utilizing accreditation benefits. As a member of the Account Management Team, Ms. Dawson is one of the central points of contact for our accredited providers. She is committed to supporting them in coordinating SRC’s comprehensive resources and services, including quality improvement initiatives, marketing and communication strategies, as well as educational and consulting needs. Ms. Dawson’s passion for her work is evident in her proactive approach, ensuring that each designee maximizes their potential and achieves their overall goals with SRC.
Ms. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Elena Goldyn, RN, BSN
Manager, Quality Improvement
Elena Goldyn has a seven-year tenure of healthcare leadership experience, primarily overseeing surgical suite of 16 operating rooms in Charlotte, North Carolina. In her career, she developed a successful robotics program, supporting surgeons across diverse specialties including thoracic, gynecology, urology, colorectal, bariatric and others. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, Ms. Goldyn streamlined operations for multiple service lines, with a focus on continuous quality improvement and staff education.
Ms. Goldyn plays a crucial role in assisting our accredited facilities and surgeons with data analysis to enhance patient outcomes and advance surgical program efficiency. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in communications from Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Vickie Poor
Coordinator, Quality Improvement
Vickie Poor offers a wealth of experience, with more than three decades in office management and customer support, serving as an executive assistant to CEOs, CMOs, and CFOs. Before joining SRC, she worked in the health care and medical device industries – a cardiovascular company enhancing medical devices with a drug-delivery system and a specialty oncology pharmaceutical company. Before her career as a C-suite support professional, Ms. Poor earned her certification as an electroencephalogy technician.
Since 2014, Ms. Poor has served in various roles within SRC. Her experience and expertise led her to the Quality Improvement team where her activities include quality analytics reporting to designees, assisting participants with SRC’s propriety database BOLD™ and training users on its features and capabilities. Ms. Poor also supports the Clinical Quality and Compliance department in various capacities.
Natalia Diaz
Senior Manager, Designee Marketing
With 18 years of experience in healthcare marketing and communications, Natalia Diaz has expertise spanning marketing and brand campaigns, public relations strategies, and reputation management.
Prior to joining SRC, Ms. Diaz served on leadership teams at various hospitals, including Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and HCA Brandon Hospital. In these roles, she spearheaded the organizations’ growth strategies and led marketing, communications, and sales teams.
Ms. Diaz has held several hospital leadership positions, including Senior Director of Marketing and Communications. Notably, she has firsthand experience marketing SRC accreditations and measuring their impact on marketing and growth initiatives. She brings that experience to her current role at SRC as Senior Manager of Designee Marketing, where she supports SRC designees in their marketing efforts to promote their accreditation.
Ms. Diaz holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
Larissa Jacobsen
Manager, Designee Marketing
An East Coast transplant hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Larissa Jacobsen has a decade of experience in marketing and program management. She has worked in a variety of industries including health care, nonprofits and corporations, and brings a vast knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, branding, multi-channel marketing, copywriting and graphic design. Ms. Jacobsen earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Shippensburg University, Pennsylvania.
The consumer experience is one of Larissa’s favorite parts of marketing. Her enthusiasm in this area greatly benefits her work within Designee Marketing assisting SRC designees in their marketing and communications endeavors, as well as supporting SRC’s corporate marketing initiatives.
Cesar Valtierra
Coordinator, Designee Marketing
Cesar Valtierra is a skilled graphic designer with a wealth of experience across advertising agencies, freelance clients, and healthcare marketing. His work includes a wide range of creative projects, from corporate logos to intricate illustrative posters, showcasing his versatility and commitment to design excellence.
As the Designee Marketing Coordinator for SRC, Mr. Valtierra applies his design expertise to developing marketing materials for accredited providers, enjoying the diversity of projects it offers. Whether a project calls for creative freedom or adherence to strict brand guidelines, his passion for design ensures both style and professionalism in every piece he creates.
Mr. Valtierra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Katrina Willis
Coordinator, Designee Services
Managing SRC’s Fulfillment Center is tedious and demanding. More than ten years of graphic design and customer service experience qualifies Katrina Willis for the job. Ms. Willis is responsible for creating, ensuring the accuracy of, and managing the timely delivery of awards and merchandise to recipients in nearly 30 countries participating in more than 100 SRC accreditation programs. She ensures proper inventory management, as well as close coordination with print and logistics vendors. Ms. Willis is also responsible for announcing new designees on SRC’s various media platforms. She earned her bachelor’s degree in art from Florida State.
